The waiting is finally over!

Yeah so the long awaited 2 week wait for a bid was a joke. They countered with me paying on all closing costs and sign a waiver that I will not hold them responsible to turn on utilities. Yeah right HAHA told them to stick that right where the sun don't shine!! So I am back on the hunt. I talked to the hubby today and he soo does not want to be in post housing anymore. So what ever his wishes should be. I will keep looking. I am on the trail on finding something now. I found some good property NICE acre lots for CHEAP! Ok well not so cheap but for this area REALLY CHEAP! So wish me luck on my hunt. I want the perfect place for my family that we can afford. Keep them crossed for me. Waiting and waiting and waiting some more

So I have still not heard anything on the house. I am really thinking about giving up and just letting it be. We both want a house sooo bad but this is all such a headache. So maybe I am just not ready to have a house yet. I was thinking it was so ment to be but maybe not.

Nelson's Birthday Party was great. He is so spoiled. He got a bunch of great gifts. The weather held out just for him to as well. Well that is all I really know for news. I will have to update more later.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TURD!!!

So it is my little Man's birthday!! I can not believe it this pic is almost 8 years old!! I was trying to find a pic of when he was first born yeah but at the moment I have had no such luck. So things are going well around here and I am getting ready for the birthday party for tomorrow. I will post some pics tomorrow. Well I suppose I better get busy at getting things for the kiddos since they will be walking threw the door any min. I hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Yeah so the last 36 hours has had to have been the longest 36 hours in my life. I am hoping that by noon tomorrow I have a phone call that the home above will be ours in a month or 2!!!! Yep I will miss Katy and Amy Dearly but I got to go. LOL I can not wait to have a house that is big enough for all of my kids to have their own room and space to be happy and roam. Anyways keep your fingers crossed for me for some good news and I will post and let everyone know if it happens.

Yeah soo Sunday is the Hubby's birthday!! He is getting sooo old you can maybe see from the pic of the lack of hair on top. LOL Only kidding babe. You look great!

So here is mamma's boy! He will be 8 a week from Tomorrow. He was such a cute baby. Wait he is still cute. Here he is with me.

Yeah so here he is with his twin! LOL They are only 21 years and 5 days apart. There is however no mistaking this kid for him not being his fathers child. Anyone might wonder who his mother is though. LOL

So here he is laying watch by my door so no one can get me when Daddy is gone! LOL

So yeah It is my 2 most important men in my life's birthday next week. They are both pretty damn important to me.

So on another note. I talked to Hubby this AM and informed him that I had to buy another vacuum. Yep sure did. I bought myself a Dyson. I am pretty excited. I did not even get into trouble for buying it. LOL So anywho I just wanted to put a quick update in. I am waiting for a call and I am hoping the twins and I get to go look at a couple houses today!!

Bump in the road?!?!

Ok so I had to share this one. LOL It looks like one ran over the other and is driving off after feeling a large bump in the road. Can you said mega speed bump. I think we are going to put the pic in our next news letter.Sisters don't let sisters speed in housing!!! LOL ok so that is not so funny huh but the pic is. LOL

Yeah I know a week

Ok it has been a week and hmm I think I said I was going to post some pics. Ok I am bad. I have been out of it. Ok I have been in a bit of a funk. I am getting out of it though. I need to get my head out my ass sometimes and smell the roses. I have neglected my house for a week or 2 and now it is a big thing to get caught up now. So it is almost there. Get my laundry done and put away then I can clean my floors. Well anyway who wants to hear about my funk anyway. LOL So I will get some pics taken this weekend of me slave driving my kids this weekend in the yard. LOL I promise.
