The waiting is finally over!

Yeah so the long awaited 2 week wait for a bid was a joke. They countered with me paying on all closing costs and sign a waiver that I will not hold them responsible to turn on utilities. Yeah right HAHA told them to stick that right where the sun don't shine!! So I am back on the hunt. I talked to the hubby today and he soo does not want to be in post housing anymore. So what ever his wishes should be. I will keep looking. I am on the trail on finding something now. I found some good property NICE acre lots for CHEAP! Ok well not so cheap but for this area REALLY CHEAP! So wish me luck on my hunt. I want the perfect place for my family that we can afford. Keep them crossed for me.
